Meet Lynne Hostetter Piper, Founder & Principal Consultant 

Lynne Hostetter Piper spent 25 years as a Chief Human Resources Officer leading complex organizational transformations — in healthcare systems, regulated industries, and multi-site organizations where getting change wrong had real consequences for real people.

She didn't become an AI consultant because AI became popular. She became one because she kept watching the same failure happen: organizations investing heavily in AI tools, then discovering that the tools didn't get used. Not because the technology failed — because the people, leadership, and organizational structures weren't ready to absorb it.  That gap is what The Hostetter Group strives to close.

Lynne's work is not about technology selection, system implementation, or data infrastructure. It's about the harder, slower, more human work that determines whether any of that investment pays off — getting leadership aligned before the launch, preparing the workforce before the change, building governance structures that protect people and organizations, and ensuring that when AI does get deployed, people actually use it.
