Meet Lynne Hostetter Piper, Founder & Principal Consultant
Lynne Hostetter Piper is the founder and principal consultant of The Hostetter Group, a boutique AI transformation and change management consultancy helping small and mid-sized organizations build the organizational readiness that turns AI investment into AI impact.
With 25 years of CHRO-level experience leading complex transformations in healthcare, regulated industries, and multi-site operations, Lynne brings a perspective that most AI consultants cannot: she has sat in the leadership chair, managed the workforce fallout when initiatives went wrong, and built the governance structures that kept organizations compliant and competitive through significant change.
She founded The Hostetter Group around a single conviction: AI transformation is 80% people and process, and 20% technology. Every engagement begins with ATLAS, THG's proprietary five-pillar organizational readiness diagnostic, which gives leadership teams a clear picture of where they stand and what has to happen before any technology decision is made.
Lynne holds certifications in PROSCI AI Change Management, Certified AI Consultant (CAIC), SHRM-SCP, and SPHR, and is an active member of the Central Maryland business community.
